  Last weekend was lots of fun. Went out and rode in mash’s may 5th anniversary race. I took 15th and climbed over 2500 feet in 40 miles. Check points where all over the city at skate spots and mountain tops. Awesome day

  I got to work two weeks ago and the morning had been super busy. the opening cook had forgotten to do half of the opening duties. 45 mins goes by and he comes running back to me in the back and tells me that he has 1 hard boiled egg left. In an attempt to quickly hard boil 50 eggs I managed to burn myself with steam while pouring over ice.

  Day off and I had time to do some cooking for myself. I searched the mission and found some unfrozen Alaskan salmon. Orange, lemon thyme, Blackened Alaskan salmon (med rare) on a bed of creamy rosemary onion mash potatoes with basil rainbow carrots. Turned out perfectly.
